Inspired by her own experiences, Melinda witnessed the impact of societal attitudes toward children with disabilities, particularly her son's journey through Special Ed, where he defied expectations and succeeded in all endeavors. Her advocacy centers on empowering children with disabilities, affirming their inherent value and boundless potential, echoing the message that they are capable of achieving anything they set their minds to.
